Getting Support for Business Assets on Facebook
If you have business assets on Facebook, such as a Facebook Page, an ad account, a Business Manager, or an Instagram account for business, you can currently get chat support.
(Facebook changes things often and it’s possible at times that you won’t see the option for chat support. This might depend on their support request volume and capacity at the given time.)

Page Support Inbox
Just like in your profile, there is also a support inbox in the settings of your Facebook Page. If you are having a mysterious problem with your Page, it is a good idea to look in the Page Support Inbox to see if there are any answers there. This Page is meant to be where communications are stored between Facebook and your business.
Ad Account Help (From a Human)
You can often get ad account help from a human through the Ads Manager interface.
- Open up Ads Manager, then click on the “?” in the bottom left of the screen.
